Strawberry Banana Pudding

Strawberry Banana Pudding is a creamy, layered dessert that combines fresh fruits, custard or pudding, and cookies or cake layers. It’s light, fruity, and perfect for summer or potlucks.


Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 100 g) instant Vanilla Pudding mix
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 ripe Bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream or whipped topping
  • 1 box Vanilla Wafers (optional, for layers)

Instructions

  1. Prepare pudding
    • Whisk pudding mix with milk according to package instructions.
    • Let it set for 5 minutes.
  2. Layer the dessert
    • In a serving dish or individual cups:
      • Start with a layer of Vanilla Wafers (if using).
      • Add a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries.
      • Pour a layer of vanilla pudding.
    • Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with pudding on top.
  3. Top with whipped cream
    • Spread Whipped Cream over the top.
    • Optional: garnish with extra sliced fruit or crushed wafers.
  4. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving so layers firm up.

Tips

  • Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and whipped topping.
  • Can be made a day in advance—flavors meld beautifully when chilled.

💡 Variation: Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract to the pudding for extra flavor.
