Mediterranean Spinach and Feta Crisps

  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the filling

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until soft (if using).
