Chocolate Peanut Butter Quinoa Crunch Bites are healthy, protein-packed treats that are easy to make, naturally sweetened, and perfect for snacking or post-workout fuel. 🍫🥜


Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed quinoa (or rice cereal)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

1. Melt & Mix

2. Combine with Quinoa

  • Remove from heat and fold in puffed quinoa until evenly coated.

3. Shape the Bites

  • Let the mixture cool slightly.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls or press into a small lined pan and cut into squares.

4. Add Chocolate

  • Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the bites, or fold them in before shaping.

5. Chill

  • Place in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
