☕ Classic Coffee Recipe (Café-Style)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • Milk or sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water.
  2. Add ground coffee to a French press or coffee maker.
  3. Pour hot water over the grounds.
  4. Let it brew for 3–4 minutes (longer for stronger coffee).
  5. Press the plunger (if using French press) and pour.
  6. Add milk or sugar to taste.

Optional twist: Sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa powder on top for a café-style touch.


🍵 Simple Green Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon green tea leaves (or 1 bag)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water
  • Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat water to just below boiling (~175–185°F / 80–85°C).
  2. Pour water over tea leaves in a cup or teapot.
  3. Steep for 2–3 minutes (longer makes it more bitter).
  4. Remove leaves (or tea bag).
  5. Add honey or lemon if you like.

Optional twist: Add a few mint leaves for a refreshing note.
