🥘 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or shredded cheese

  1. Prep chicken:
    • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika or your favorite seasoning.
  2. Stuff or top:
    • Stuffing method: Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with cream cheese (add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes if desired).
    • Topping method: Spread cream cheese on top of the chicken during baking.
  3. Cook:
    • Oven: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
    • Skillet: Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side, then cover and cook until done.
  4. Serve:
    • Slice and serve with rice, vegetables, or a side salad.
