Chicken breasts are lean, high-protein, and super versatile. They can be baked, grilled, pan-seared, air-fried, or shredded for salads and wraps.


🍳 Simple Juicy Baked Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil.
  3. Season evenly on both sides.
  4. Bake 18–22 minutes (until internal temp reaches 165°F / 74°C).
  5. Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing (keeps it juicy).

🔥 Other Cooking Methods

Pan-Seared:
Cook in a hot skillet with oil, 5–7 minutes per side.

Air Fryer:
375°F (190°C) for 14–18 minutes.

Grilled:
6–8 minutes per side over medium heat.


💡 Tips for Juicy Chicken

  • Pound to even thickness before cooking.
  • Don’t overcook — use a meat thermometer.
  • Let it rest before cutting.
  • Marinate for extra flavor (lemon, yogurt, soy sauce, herbs).
