Peach cobbler cheesecake cones

Posted on March 2, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a fun and indulgent recipe for Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones 🍑🧀 — a handheld dessert that combines creamy cheesecake, sweet peaches, and buttery cobbler flavors in a waffle cone.

🍑 Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones (Makes 6–8)

Ingredients

For the Peach Filling:

  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, chopped
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker filling)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

For Assembly:

  • 6–8 waffle cones
  • 1 cup crumbled graham crackers or shortbread cookies
  • Optional: whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or extra cinnamon

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Peach Filling

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  2. Cook 5–7 minutes until soft and syrupy.
  3. If you want a thicker filling, mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and stir in, then cook 1–2 more minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly.

2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. Whip in heavy cream until light and fluffy.

3️⃣ Assemble the Cones

  1. Spoon a small layer of crumbled graham crackers into the bottom of each waffle cone.
  2. Add a layer of cheesecake filling.
  3. Top with peach filling.
  4. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with peach on top.
  5. Optional: top with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to let flavors meld.

🔹 Tips & Variations

  • Fruit swaps: Use blueberries, strawberries, or mixed berries instead of peaches.
  • Crunch factor: Roll the top of the cone in crushed graham crackers or toasted coconut.
  • Make-ahead: Assemble without peaches, store refrigerated, and add fruit topping just before serving.
  • Mini version: Use small ice cream cones for bite-sized treats at parties.

If you want, I can also give a baked version where the cheesecake is slightly baked in the cones for a firmer, more dessert-like texture.

Do you want me to do that?
