Here’s a simple and delicious Baked Cauliflower recipe — crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor.


🥦 Oven-Baked Cauliflower (Savory & Roasted)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced garlic)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color & warmth)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: grated Parmesan, chili flakes, fresh parsley, or lemon juice for serving


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Prep the cauliflower:

    • Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower.

    • Cut into evenly sized florets.

  3. Season:

    • Toss florets in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  4. Bake:

    • Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet (use parchment for easy cleanup).

    • Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges.

  5. Finish:

    • Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.

    • Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of chopped parsley.


🧄 Variations:

  • Spicy: Add chili powder or cayenne.

  • Cheesy: Toss with shredded cheese for the last few minutes.

  • Herby: Add dried thyme or rosemary before baking.

  • Asian twist: Toss in a mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, and a dash of sriracha.
