🥒 Classic Cucumber Sandwich

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 fresh cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 8 slices soft sandwich bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  1. Slice the cucumber
    Cut into very thin rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel so the sandwich doesn’t get soggy.
  2. Prepare the spread
    Mix the cream cheese with salt until smooth and easy to spread.
  3. Assemble
    Spread cream cheese evenly on each slice of bread. Add a layer of cucumber slices on half of them.
  4. Close and cut
    Top with the remaining bread slices, press gently, remove crusts, and cut into triangles or squares.
