🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour for healthier option)
  • ½ cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika or chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil (for brushing or spray)

🍳 Instructions

1. Prep cauliflower

  • Wash and cut into bite-sized florets
  • Pat dry well (important for crispiness)

2. Make batter

  • Mix flour, water (or milk), salt, and spices
  • It should be a smooth, slightly thick batter

3. Coat florets

  • Dip cauliflower into batter
  • Roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated

4. Air fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F)
  • Place florets in a single layer
  • Lightly spray or brush with oil
  • Cook for 12–18 minutes, shaking halfway

5. Serve

  • Serve hot and crispy
  • Add dipping sauce like garlic mayo, chili sauce, or yogurt dip

💡 Tips for extra crispiness

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for crunchier texture
  • Double-coat (batter + breadcrumbs again) for extra crunch
