Here’s a simple, tasty beef recipe you can make at home.

🥩 Easy Beef Curry (Pakistani-style)

🧂 Ingredients:

  • Beef (500g, small pieces) Beef
  • Onions (2 medium, sliced)
  • Tomatoes (2 medium, chopped)
  • Yogurt (2–3 tbsp)
  • Ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp)
  • Cooking oil (3–4 tbsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Red chili powder (1 tsp)
  • Turmeric (½ tsp)
  • Coriander powder (1 tsp)
  • Garam masala (½ tsp)

🔥 Cooking steps:

  1. Fry onions in oil until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef and sauté until color changes.
  4. Add spices (salt, chili, turmeric, coriander). Mix well.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  6. Add yogurt and 1–2 cups water.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat for 45–90 minutes (until beef is tender).
  8. Finish with garam masala and simmer 5 minutes.

🍽️ Serve with:

  • Rice 🍚
  • Roti or naan 🫓

💡 Tips:

  • Pressure cooker makes it faster
  • Slow cooking = softer, more flavorful beef
  • Add green chilies for extra spice
