JUST ONE EXERCISE 4 minutes

If you want just one exercise for 4 minutes, the most effective full-body option is:

🔥 Burpees (4-minute challenge)

🏃‍♂️ How to do it

  1. Stand straight
  2. Drop into a squat
  3. Kick feet back into a plank
  4. Do a push-up (optional but harder)
  5. Jump feet back in
  6. Jump up with arms raised

That’s 1 rep.


⏱️ 4-minute plan

  • Do as many clean reps as possible for 4 minutes
  • Rest only when needed (short breaks are fine)
  • Keep steady pace, not sprint + collapse

💪 What it does

  • Burns calories fast
  • Works chest, arms, core, legs
  • Improves stamina and heart health
  • Builds conditioning quickly

⚠️ Beginner option

If it’s too hard:

  • Step back instead of jumping
  • Skip the push-up
  • Go slower but keep moving
