🍗 Chicken Breasts with Cream-Style Corn


🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2–3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or coriander (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1) Cook the chicken

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Heat butter/oil in a pan
  • Cook chicken on medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through
  • Remove and set aside

2) Make the creamy corn sauce

  • In the same pan, sauté garlic (optional)
  • Add cream-style corn
  • Pour in milk or cream
  • Stir and simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thick

3) Combine

  • Return chicken to the pan
  • Spoon sauce over the chicken
  • Let it cook together for 3–5 minutes

4) Serve

  • Garnish with fresh herbs
  • Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or bread
