Cumin & chia seed detox drink

Here’s a simple and effective cumin & chia seed detox drink recipe, great for digestion, hydration, and gentle detox:


Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 glass (250 ml) warm water
  • ½ lemon juice (optional, for flavor and extra detox)
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare Cumin Water

  1. Boil 1 cup of water.
  2. Add cumin seeds and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Let it cool slightly to warm temperature.

2. Add Chia Seeds

  1. Add chia seeds to the warm cumin water.
  2. Stir well and let it sit for 10–15 minutes until seeds swell into a gel-like consistency.

3. Add Lemon (Optional)

  • Squeeze half a lemon into the drink for flavor and vitamin C boost.

4. Serve

  • Drink warm or at room temperature.
  • Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach for detox benefits.
