🥖 Ingredients (makes 2–4 flatbreads)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
  • ⅓ cup water (adjust for dough consistency)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: herbs (rosemary, thyme) or garlic powder for flavor

🥄 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Dough

  • Mix flour, salt, olive oil, and water into a soft, non-sticky dough
  • Knead 2–3 minutes until smooth

2️⃣ Divide & Shape

  • Divide dough into 2–4 balls
  • Roll each into thin circles or ovals (~¼ inch thick)

3️⃣ Preheat Air Fryer

  • Preheat to 180°C (360°F) for 3 minutes

4️⃣ Cook the Flatbread

  • Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket without overlapping
  • Cook 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden
  • Optional: brush lightly with olive oil after cooking

  • Thin dough = crispier edges; thicker = soft and fluffy
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds or za’atar on top before air frying for extra flavor
