🍜 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning or save for another use)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (any color), sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional protein: chicken, shrimp, or tofu, cut small

🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook Ramen Noodles
    • Boil noodles according to package instructions, but don’t overcook (al dente is best).
    • Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Stir-Fry
    • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
    • Add garlic and ginger; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Add onions, carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage; stir-fry 3–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  3. Add Protein (if using)
    • Cook your protein separately or in the same pan until fully cooked.
  4. Combine Noodles and Sauce
    • Add cooked noodles to the pan.
    • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
    • Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until noodles are coated and heated through.
  5. Season and Serve
    • Taste and add salt, pepper, or more soy sauce if needed.
    • Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

  • Toss noodles gently to avoid breaking them.
