🥬 Cabbage Noodles Recipe – Quick and Healthy

A simple, delicious dish that’s light, nutritious, and easy to make—perfect for lunch or dinner.


🍽️ Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 200 g noodles (rice, wheat, or your choice)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 small carrot, julienned (optional)
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes or sesame seeds for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage and carrot. Cook 5–7 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and mix well.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle chili flakes or sesame seeds on top before serving.

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil at the end.
  • You can include tofu, chicken, or shrimp for added protein.
  • Keep the cabbage slightly crunchy for the best texture.
