Here’s a simple, crispy and flavorful recipe for baked potato slices—perfect as a snack or side:


🥔 Baked Potato Slices

Ingredients (4–5 total):

  • 3–4 potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 2–3 tbsp oil (olive or any cooking oil)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: garlic powder or paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (keep skins on for extra texture).
  3. Pat slices dry with a towel (this helps them crisp up).
  4. Toss with oil, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  5. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray (don’t overlap).
  6. Bake for 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

🔥 Tips for extra crispiness

  • Slice evenly thin
  • Don’t overcrowd the tray
  • Use a little cornstarch if you want them extra crunchy

🍽️ Optional toppings

  • Grated cheese
  • Chili flakes
  • Fresh herbs
