☁️ Cloud Cake (Super Fluffy Sponge)

🧾 Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (separated)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil (vegetable or sunflower)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)

3. Whip egg whites

  • Beat egg whites with salt until foamy
  • Gradually add remaining sugar

4. Fold gently

  • Fold egg whites into the batter in 2–3 parts
  • Be gentle—don’t deflate the air

5. Bake

  • Pour into pan and tap lightly
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes
  • Don’t open the oven early (cake may collapse)

6. Cool properly

  • Let it cool upside down (if possible) to keep it fluffy
