đź§€ 3-Ingredient Pan-Fried Halloumi

This quick recipe makes crispy on the outside, soft and salty inside halloumi in just a few minutes.


đź§ľ Ingredients

  • 200–250 g halloumi cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional but common for flavor)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Slice the halloumi
    Cut the cheese into slices about 1 cm (½ inch) thick.
  2. Heat the pan
    Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Fry the halloumi
    Place the slices in the pan and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Add lemon
    Drizzle lemon juice over the hot halloumi just before serving.
